Lanz-Anliker has for some years now been active in the field of filtration – with great success. The filters confectioned by us are utilized in wet- and dry filtration. We are represented with our products in the chemical and medical fields, foodstuffs production and -drying, paper industry, aquaculture, water preparation, washing plant engineering, etc. For the manufacturing of our filter media, we only use qualitatively high-grade synthetic screen- and filtering cloths. For this, we have at our disposal a multitude of monofilament as well as multifilament fabrics made out of polyamide, polyester, polypropylene, teflon, ECTFE, ETFE, PTFE, etc. All filter media are developed and produced at Lanz-Anliker in collaboration with the customers. Our quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000/ISO 13485:2003 is your guarantee, that you get only first-class products for your process filtration. All filters are manufactured specifically to customers requirements and to order.
Dry filtration:
Lanz-Anliker confections filter media out of needled felt and needle punched non-woven material. These products are utilized both in dry- as well as in wet filtration. Industrial dust removal in power plants and in refuse incineration plants; sewage sludge disposal and sewage sludge dewatering; these are but a few examples of applications. Also for conveyor belts, needled felt is frequently utilized as the carrier material. For the confectioning of our filter media we have a broad range of needled felts made out of the most diverse materials at our disposal: Polyester, polypropylene, polyacrilnitrile, aramide, PPS, PTFE, polyimide (polymer SP), etc. Special applications call for needled felts with a special finishing (e.g. water- and oil repellent, permanently anti-static, flame resistant, anti-adhesive against sticky and greasy dust, etc.).
