Arai Machinery Corp. provides filtration equipment which uses creative filter elements of triangular wire coils on a cylinder without welding. The extremely flat surface of the element and automated scraper system ensures a continuous clog free particulate size classification and solid-liquid separation. The minimum slit gap is 3 micron.
Our products are used for the classification of electronic material, latex and pigment. They can squeeze and control pulp content in various fruit, vegetable and soy. They can filter brine, tea and coffee extracts, also straining of functional foods, herbal medicines, fruit purees, fruit jam and surimi.
We would like to introduce a brand new filter technique of SS triangular wired filter elements built in W-CELL Filters and MM-2 Filter Screw Press.
The system has been world-wide patented, lately granted from Germany Sept. 23rd, 2006.
