sawaloom® is thermally bonded and manufactured without the use of bonding agents. The clean air side is mechanically needled and, thanks to its advanced construction, ensures low pressure drops and a high dust holding capacity. sawaloom® filter nonwovens are available in the efficiency classes G3 to M6.

Fine dust pocket filter media:
sawascreen® is manufactured from polypropylene using the meltblown process and, thanks to its unique structure, achieves outstanding filter performance. Through the combination of different meltblown layers, high efficiency and high dust holding capacity can be achieved throughout the operating life of the filter. sawascreen® pocket filter media are available in filter classes F5 to F9.

Pleatable filter media:
sawaloom® filter nonwovens are manufactured from polyester fibres and have a highly progressive structure. The major product advantages include residual stiffness and plyability after the usual production process. sawaloom® pleatable filter media are available in arristance classes G3 to M5.

sawatex® ceiling filter medium for painting booths offers a high level of security against fibre and particle migration, thanks to its progressive structure. Additional impregnation and a polyester grid on the clean air side make it the ideal filter medium for high-quality spray-painting.
