Guaranteed labour cost saving as all setup parameters can be saved on a configuration file, recalled and the pleater is automatically setup and ready to start the pleating operation with a very high reproducibility! Manufactures can expect JCEM pleating machinery to produce precise vertical pleats while reaching high pleating production speeds without experiencing any damage or waste. Best of all, these pleating jobs are instantly reproducible, which allows for the lowest possible set-up times.

The JCEM Digital Pleater can pleat virtually all filtration/related materials with excellent results, from paper to wire mesh, single-layer synthetic, or multi layer configurations.
