Coarse dust pocket and mat filter media:
sawaloom® is thermally bonded and manufactured without the use of bonding agents. The clean air side is mechanically needled and, thanks to its advanced construction, ensures low pressure drops and a high dust holding capacity. sawaloom® filter nonwovens are available in the efficiency classes G3 to F5.

Fine dust pocket filter media:
sawascreen® is manufactured from polypropylene using the meltblown process and, thanks to its unique structure, achieves outstanding filter performance. Using a variety of fibres gives a particularly voluminous structure. A microfibre layer with a thickness of up to 5mm guarantees very high separation efficiency throughout the life of the filter. The typical product advantages also include low pressure drops and a particularly high dust holding capacity – even without the use of a pre-filter. sawascreen® pocket filter media are available in filter classes F5 to F9.

sawaloom® filter nonwovens are manufactured from polyester fibres and have a highly progressive structure. The major product advantages include residual stiffness and plyability after the usual production process. sawaloom® pleatable filter media are available in arristance classes G3 to F5.

sawatex® ceiling filter medium for painting booths ensures a high level of security against fibre and particle migration, thanks to its progressive structure. Additional impregnation and a polyester grid on the clean air side make it the ideal filter medium for high-quality spray-painting.
